In the morning I alwasy eat at home.it's a good choice to have bread and milk for my Breakfast。Corn Bread is very nice.but it cost me 5 dollors.
I ofen have my Lunch in the school.let mee eat American Lunch.
I like eatmeat that comes from any poultry, chicken, duck, geese as well as dairy meat. beef tastes really good. Not only are they delicious and fattening, they are full of nutrition. Also, meat can come in an almost infinite array of varieties, because they come from a whole range of animals and each can be prepared in many ways. There are many exotic types of meats around the world, hopefully, i will have the chance to sample my favourite food in many different ways.
supper is the best dinner for me.because my mom will do come decious cook for me.Ham Omelet ,ried eggs and so on.i think it will spend 10 dollores.

My Three Meals
I have a very nice mother. She was always cooking breakfast for me. Sometimes she made noodles, sometimes she made bread with fresh vegetables and fruits, sometimes we had chocolate cookies and some milk for breakfast.After breakfast we went to school.We almost everyday bring our own lunch, a little time we bought lunches in school.We brough hambergers or sandwhiches with chocolate milk and water, sometimes wo had salad. If we bought lunch, we will bought Taters Tots, Chicken Wraps and Pizza. When it was after school we had down our homework. We will help my mom to get some dinner ready.When it's dinner time we had Chicken Parmesan, bacon, fruits and juice.We were very healthy by eating those foods and thanks for our mother.

My Three Mels
I have a healthy eating habits. I often eat some ftuit ,vegetbles and drink some milk for breakfast.I usually have some soup and noodles.As for dinner ,I often have alittle meat and much vegetables .Of course ,I sometimes eat hambergers and chocolate.But I never drink coffee. We should have a good eating habit.Becouse it's good for our health.

three meals for one day
the breakfast is the most important meal for people in one day. it gives you most of the alimentation you need in one day. the lunch you should eat enough , that is ok. the supper you should eat less than the first two meals. this is suitable for everyone.

for breakfast i like eat bread and noodles .for lunch ilike eat fish and vegettable .for dinner i like eat chicken and rice. And for dresser i eat icecream
