目的 建立用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法同时测定家兔血浆内银杏叶提取物(extract of ginkgo biloba, GBE)中四种黄酮类成分的方法。

结果 最低检测浓度0.02µg/ml,方法平均回收率为:芦丁:77.97%,槲皮素:65.53%,山奈酚:69.75%,异鼠李素:68.88%;相对标准差分别为:芦丁:4.43,槲皮素:5.03,山奈酚:4.57,异鼠李素:4.80;标准曲线回归方程为:芦丁:y = 71752x + 714.36,相关系数R2 = 1;槲皮素:y = 160063x - 19861,相关系数R2 = 0.9958;山奈酚:y = 137316x - 1610.8,相关系数R2 = 0.9962;异鼠李素:y = 154985x – 2605,相关系数R2 = 0.996。

结论 该法能很好的分离银杏叶提取物中四种主要黄酮,回收率高,灵敏可靠,重现性好。为GBE的进一步研究提供实验依据。
