1 I have really enjoyed myself well during this summer holiday. Although i did not do anything significant, nor did i went out a lot of times, but i discovered another hobby - reading.

2 I've been reading many books this holiday, mainly English books which my parents have bought me. They want me to improve my English so that i can communicate with those Eurasian and American friends of theirs.

3 The books that i read are easy and funny ones. Such as Snow white, sleeping beauty, and ginger breadmen. (你自己可以改书名啦，暂时想不到简单的书名）.I am so glad that i can understand most of the passages, and those that i couldn't understand, i would just leave it until i've grown older, or either that, i will try to use a translator and translate it this coming weekend, if i am free.

Reading helps one to have wider knowledge, this summer holiday, i realise that, i really enjoy reading.

4 I got up at 8.10am this morning. After breakfast, I read newspaper and listen to Irish music as background.
I surf the net after lunch for about 2 hours.Then had dinner at 5.30pm. In the evening, I watche comdedy shouw before went to bed.

5Today my parents took me to my grandfather’s house. I played with my cousin. Suddenly my cousin suggested going to the park and having a rest. “that’s a good idea.” I said. Then we prepared for the traveling. After lunch, the sky turned dark. After that , it rained heavily. It meant our plan is impossible. What a pity day!

6 Tomorrow is New Year’s Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for two days. Then my father and I decorated our flat and my mother cooked delicious food for our meal. After supper we watched TV program. How happy we were!

7 The day after yesterday I received 2000 yuan from my relatives as my pocket money. I was so happy but my father and mother said that I should give a half to them and the rest would be my pocket money in one year. “what!” I shouted.

8 Today, I play at the park together with cousin and we played pirate ship.Lead a mountain car etc. breathtaking game.Then we again go to dozen table tennis, although I isn't good at to play table tennis still have lots of fun very satisfactory.But night of the color of the sky we have to go home, but today we still play of very happy!!!

9 Today is Sunday.It's also a good day. I got up at 7'oclock ,because my family will go to the zoo. After the breakfast ,I took a camara and went to the station waited for the bus together with my family.
It's already 9'oclock when we arrived at the zoo. my father bought three ticket and we entered the gate.
There are so many monkeys,tighers,lions,wolves and other animials in the zoo. there are also many birds ,but I can't call theirs names in English.
we took some photoes in the zoo with the animials,when the photoes will be printed, I will show them in my class.
The time passed so fast, we left the zoo at 1'oclock PM.
I am so glad today,I will go to bed early tonight .
10 On Sunday afternoon our translating group had finally finished all chapters! I was really excited. Although our translation was not very fluent and nice, even a little abrupt, it was our outcome. It was our effort. When I saw my name on the heroic translator list, I was really proud of myself.

A meaningful experience Yesterday i went to the park with my friends.We planed to take photos there.We met at the gate of the park at 2:00 yesterday afternoon.We chatted with each other and went boating over the river.We had a good time.The time passed quickly.Soon,it turned dark .We wanted to go home.On my way home,i met a girl.The girl was crying sadly.Many people passed by but never stopped to see why she looked so sad.As i got closer i saw that her back had a strange shape.I asked the girl why she was so sad. She looked at me and said with a sad face,"Beacause i'm disabled.""But you make me remember an angel,sweet and friendly."I said.She looked at me and said" Really?"I immediately said"Yes!""I'm an angel!"The girl said happily.Then we say goodbye to each other.I went home.I thought"What a meaningful experience!"Health and Life As the saying goes, you don’t know what happiness is until you lose it’ you don’t know what health is until you are ill. “Health is of vital importance to life” sounds like a cliche to everyone, but it is absolutely true. The negligence of the delicate balance of your body and soul, the harmful habits such as smoking, excessive drinking and burning mid-night oil will catch up with you someday. How many big plans are interrupted by bad health! Even a normal life is unimaginable without the guarantee of health. How to keep fit is an eternal topic of diversity and controversy. Regardless of all the different suggestions poured from all kinds of sources, one should do at least two things for him/herself. First, hold an active and optimistic attitude toward life and maintain a mental well-being. Second, live a regular life and keep a balanced diet. Anyway, a healthy life is within reach when you begin to adjust your mind and body.

It was the first day of our holiday. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free. Although we have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In winter holidays, I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to replenish myself. Last but not the least, I will have a good rest.
