大型藻类降解过程中的磷交换动力学初步研究。实验共使用三种不同大型藻类(石莼、海带、石花菜)。所有海藻于2012年10月采自威海国际海水浴场。将海藻冲洗、烘干、称重后放入500ml锥形瓶,用过滤后的海水浸泡并密封。每种藻设3个平行样并设置3个海水空白样。在温度20℃、光照强度5000 Lux、光照周期L:D=12:12h下培养后,分别于5天,10天,15天后取样。于882nm波长处测定样品的吸光值,通过磷酸盐标准曲线计算样品中磷酸盐浓度,进而求出死亡藻体降解过程中在不同时间段磷酸盐的释放量,从而评价大型藻类的腐烂对水域营养盐负荷的贡献。结果显示:在腐烂的最初阶段,三种海藻均释放出大量磷酸盐,此时,死亡藻体是周围水体的磷酸盐来源之一。之后,藻体的降解速度逐渐减慢,磷酸盐释放量减少,同时分解出来的胶状物质吸附水中的磷酸盐。由于腐烂分解释放和吸附作用的共同影响,死亡藻体在一定程度上起到了调节水体中磷酸盐的浓度的作用。
