we thank you for your call on the weekend and for the email, which we received today.
We are not quite sure whether you are talking about air-cured cellular lightweight concrete (CLC°) or autoclaved. Aerated concrete is a word we normally don’t use for foamed concrete.
We attach information on our fully automatic foam generator (MFG-A) with interface to connect to a mixer/batching plant. Water is taken from the mains, air from the air- compressor (filtered air) and foaming agent from a containment Canister, drum). It works on either 230 or 400 V with 50 cycles. The timer controls the quantity of foam required (or ontinuous flow – if desired). There is no operator required to run the equipment but this will be governed by the control of the mixer/ batcher. Only two variable are necessary to set the correct density and output of the foam, which takes only a few minutes.
Our organic and biodegradable foam offers maximum stiffness (see photograph) which can be influenced to offer more or less stiffness. Our foaming agent is diluted in 40 parts of potable water. The foam offers best stiffness if water is below 25 °C – it makes however no difference for the density, if the water is up to +40°C to enhance early hydration.
Our foaming agent is supplied in sealed plastic drums of 200 kg net and has a shelf life of minimum 24 months from date of invoice.
