1.i have been there twice
这里的 there是副词，请记住在英语中，副词前面不能再有介词，所以就不要to了。
2.why these days I have been so depressed?
这里需要掌握的是，depress虽然是动词，但是表示情感一类的动词，如move，感动，直接用成be moved就表示被感动。也就是说，be+情感动词的过去分词，该动词发挥形容词的作用,有被动意味。这里的depressed就表示压抑或者消沉，是主观所不愿意的状态。
3.I have been more quiet than I had in the past.
quiet是形容词，前面必须要加系动词be，形容词不能直接跟在have后面。
