As regards complaint problem of this type , We've arranged factory to make an investigation and give you relevant report of improvement asap .

As far as the failure of the machine is concerned .we can't temporarily give you accurate reply for the time being , one judgement can't be given until factory sees the relevant picture or actual goods .please kindly send us some photos and pertinent information so that real reasons of the failure /accident could be investigated immediately by us to give you relevant report . Each time our factory will keep being improved to do the best according to the complaints from our clients

Rrgarding the model complaint, we have asked the factory to have full check then issue a relavent report of the improvement the soonest.
However, we cannot for the moment provide a concrete reply for the cause why the machines cought fire, which can be verified based upon the site pictures or real devices. Please send us picture and other related information and the factory is able to make an investigation and deliver a report. Each time when we receive a complain, if there is, we promise to make an improvement and try to perfect our products. I would like to express my regret again to you for the accident.

But for caught fire machine problem, we are temporarily unable to answer correctly, the factory needs to see the relevant pictures or real objects to determine. Complaints about the models we have already arranged factory to investigate and provide improvement report as soon as possible.
But for machine appeared caught fire accident problem, we temporarily can't give accurate answer, factory need to see the related pictures over there or in kind to decide. Please as soon as possible to send some pictures and related information to us, the factory can immediately began to investigate the reason and give the related report. Every time we factory can according to customer's complaints from efforts to constantly improve and do the best. I feel sorry for this matter again.
