有的， 你说的三个情况都是有的。
done只是表示被动而已。

make sb. done 是某某使其被认为做什么 She put up her hand to make herself noticed .她举起手来好让人家注意到她。

make sth. done 就如 The thief make the car that he stole discovered on purpose . 那小偷故意让他偷来的车被发现。
