主席团：初三的副主席主要负责学生会内部日常管理，初二的副主席负责各项文体活动，我就先负责管理学校文明行为示范生的事了。

周二：文明行为示范生的管理方案出台。田主任给主席团开会，明确三位主席的分工。宣传部长给全校团支书开会——布置教师节的板报及贺卡活动
周三：教师开会，纪检部长分配工作检查各班自习纪律
周四：生活部给各班卫生委员开会，强调扫除细则及检查方案；主席团给班长开会，强调文明行为示范生准则，并强调此项活动为班长负责制。我给全体学生会开会并把各项常规任务交待下去，如日常检查，工作计划等。
