各位高人：
请问：“李先生答复：明天上午之前供应商会送样办到北京”，这句话这样翻译对不对：Mr Li replied:Vender will be send the sample to beijin in tomorrow morning before.
另外，请问“will”后面要不要加“be”，为何要？

这样翻译不对。
首先，从字面上看，send要改为sent，应为被动语态的一般将来时为will be done, 即send要用其过去分词sent。明天上午之前不能译为in tomorrow morning before， 应为before tomorrow morning。
其次，这里根本就不要用被动语态。即用will send即可。The vender will send the sample to Beijing before tomorrow morning.

如果用被动语态是这样的：
Venders will be sent to shanghai for training.
供应商将被送到上海培训。
Venders of the milk will be sent to jails.
此奶粉的供应商将被送进监狱。

当然“明天上午之前供应商会送样办到北京”也可用被动语态来译：
Samples will be sent to Beijing by the vender before tomorrow morning.
