    Here he comes by bike.是倒装句，也就是He comes here by bike.的意思。跟Here you are.的道理差不多。
    第二句

    这是英语的倒装现象。here,there引导的句子中，谓语动词是be，come，live，go等不及物动词句子要全部倒装here comes the bus,但当主语是人称代词时就不用倒装了。所以说成 here he comes. ..当然也可以说成hecomes here. .. 后者不符合习惯
