中文:很多人知道奥运会，但提起特奥会，也许大家都觉得比较陌生。什么是特奥会呢？特奥会就是智障人士的奥运会。如果说奥运会是追求“更快、更高、更强”，挑战人类极限，那么特奥会所追求的则是参与者挑战个人极限。它的使命就是为了让有各种学习障碍的8岁以上儿童和成年人提供参与日常奥林匹克体育训练及竞赛创造条件的机会。它本着技能、勇气、分享以及超越国家、政治、性别、年龄、种族、宗教的界限带来的快乐为精神。让智障人士有机会成为对社会有用，被社会认可和尊重的公民。
我喜欢特奥会，急切地等待它的到来。在我们班级里举行了各项与特奥会有关的活动，还要每个人都要知道特奥会在2007年在上海举行。到那个时候，每个同学都要去见识一下特奥会的作用和影响力。在我的心中，特奥会是一个帮助残疾人的奥运会。它充满了亲情感，它让一些世界各地的残疾人感受到一些温暖、人类的胸怀和大地的关爱；让他们感受到生活的乐趣和幸福。
我想，在特奥举行期间,我的心情和那些残疾人的心情差不多，都是急切地等待特奥会的来临。那时的心情是那么的激动，那么的高兴。举行这个项目，我的评议是：太好了！让那些残疾人拥有自己光彩的舞台，给他们提供展现自我的舞台和自我风采！
智障人士他们每天生活在有色的眼光中，过着懵懵懂懂的日子。但他们并不为自己的智力低下感到悲观，相反的他们能在简单中寻找快乐。而我们这些正常的人难道就不能收起有色眼光，去帮助他们，让他们也能融入到我们这个正常人的世界中来吗？在我们这个美丽的地球上，生活着许智障者；同时，在我们中国也生活着近1300万智障人群。他们是我们的兄弟姐妹，同样，他们对幸福怀着强烈的渴望，也有着与生俱来的权威和尊严，他们也渴望得到理解与尊重。智障者，对于他们的人生将更为坎坷，他们的处境更为困难，他们更需要我们的抚慰和关爱。
2007年，上海福音、圣火特奥会的举办就是为了能让那些智障者有机会发挥自己的潜能，勇敢表现，在参与中能与其他选手、家人分享快乐、交流技艺并增进友谊。这些智障者，他们参加特奥会比我们这些正常人要付出更大的艰辛，他们的人生道路是多么的坎坷！但他们还是坚持不懈地努力着。
作为一个健全的我，对这有着智障的运动员们能够有着如此顽强的拼搏精神，真是感到十分的感慨。我想:这些运动员们有着这样的精神,我们又有什么做不到的呢?对于他们,这么困难的运动项目都能一一咬牙挺过来.而对于这么简单的学习,我们为什么还是这么的恐惧和腻烦呢?让我们学习他们的精神,在学习上也有顽强的拼搏精神。
我们每个人都应该为特奥的发展和以后的世界特奥会的举办献一份爱、进一份心、出一份力！
朋友们，伸出你们的援手，献出你们的爱心，让我们真正做到“与特奥同行”！

I like a 奥 meeting especially, wait for its arrival anxiously.Held each item in our class with especially 奥 would relevant of activity, also wanting everybody to know 奥 will hold in Shanghai in 2007 especially.To that time, each classmate will experience once the function and the influence of 奥 meeting especially.In my heart, especially the 奥 will be an Olympic game which helps a disable and sick person.It was filled with natural affection feeling, it let the disable and sick person of some world-wide locationses feel care and love of some breadth of views of warmths, mankinds and the earth;Let them feel living fun and happiness.
