We have three meals a day: breakfast, lunch and supper. Breakfast is in the morning. Lunch is at noon and supper is in the evening. We have vegetables and meat every day. So we are healthy.

Breakfast:toast,eggs with wilk. 早点：土司面包，鸡蛋，牛奶
Lunch:rise ,boiled fish,cucambers with potato,aubergines.中餐：米饭，水煮鱼，土地黄瓜，茄子
Supper:vegetable-soup ,carrot 晚饭：果蔬汤，胡萝卜
affer supper:some strawberries,some slice of apples 饭后水果：草莓，苹果块

i have a good family,we live happily everyday,now,i will tell you about my daily died.in the morning,we eat some bread,milk,and eggs.at the noon,we eat fish ,meat,rise,it"s very delicious.in the evening,we have some meat and vegetables for supper,it"s my and my parents" daily diet,what about yours?
