停车场停车须知
1.凡进入本园区停车场的车辆，必须遵守本规定。服从车场服务人员指挥，按指定位置停车。
2.本停车场进出车辆凭卡（证）进出停放，无停车卡（证）车辆禁止进入。
3.本停车场仅提供车位，不负保管责任，如有损坏、遗失、概不负责，若于本停车场内发生意外事故，由双方当事人自行解决，如损坏本停车场内建筑或设施，肇事者应负责赔偿。
4.进入停车场的车辆须具备有效证件、车牌，包括行驶证或待办理证明。
5.进场司机必须遵守消防安全规定，严禁载有易燃易爆、剧毒等危险品车辆进入。
6.车主或车辆资料如有更改或遗失，请及时通知物业管理处，以避免引起误会和损失。
7.如本车场出现紧急情况，物业管理处有权采取适当临时应急措施，以尽量减少车主之损失，紧急情况下，物业管理处有权要求车主将车辆挪动或驶离。
8.车主应及时按规定提前向物业管理处交纳停车费用，逾期未交纳费用，物业管理处有权停用其停车卡（证），车场服务人员有权拒绝其进入车场。
9.车辆进入停车场则视为车主已阅读本停车须知，并同意以上条款。
