[摘要]:宝洁公司是一家美国消费日用品生产商,也是目前全球最大的日用品公司之一。总部设在美国俄亥俄州辛辛那提,全球员工有十几万人。宝洁公司的产品涉及各个方面,如:洗发、护发、化妆品、婴儿护理产品、妇女卫生用品、医药、食品等。宝洁公司的产品在全球有相当大的知名度,经营300多个品牌,畅销多个国家,并在全球80多个国家设有工厂和公司。而在宝洁公司的营销策略中多品牌策略无疑成为其制胜的法宝。本文从宝洁公司的品牌策略进行研究,探索其品牌的发展过程中的优良之处,找出其品牌策略存在的问题,在认真研究的基础上,针对存在的问题提出建议和改进方法,为宝洁公司今后的发展以及我国相关企业的发展贡献一份力量。,
