Health is very important to us teenagers. Either study or work is based on strong body. Now our class has a discussion on whether to add an P.E. class once a week or not.
Only a fraction of our class didn't agree to do like this, they thought it will cost too much time. But most of students are willing to add an P.E . once a week.,they said either study or work is based on strong body.
In my opinion, Health is very important to us teenagers. Doing sports more often helps us keep healthy and energetic. And taking exercise can keep us strong, we won’t get tired or sick easily. There are many kinds of sports we can do, such as running, swimming and ball games. I also hope our school can organize more sport activities for us.
