Simply speaking
phonemes is a concept of sound which is less concrete and more abstract than phones.
A transcription into such phonemic symbols is called a broad transcription.As between slashes/p t k/,here p including two phones----p(unaspirated) and p^h(aspirated)
phones is a concept of sound which is more precise and concrete than phonemes.
transcription into such phonemic symbols is called a narrow transcription. As between slashes/p, p^h,t,t^h,k,k^h/
We called the two variants /p,p^h/ of the phoneme/p/ are allophones of that phoneme本回答被提问者采纳

A phone is just a speech sound. A phoneme is one individual speech sound that makes one word different from another. For example, the "b" and "f" in "bill" and "fill". The "b" and "f" sounds distinguish these two words "bill" and "fill". An allophone is one of the slightly different ways that a PHONEME can be pronounced. For example, "p" in "pill" is slightly different from the "p" in "spill"; in "little" the two "l"s are two different allophones.
