先 xxx：{text-decoration:none}
再 xxx : hover{text-decoration:underline}追问

可是鼠标放上去没有下划线出来啊

这设计到了伪类：
在支持 CSS 的浏览器中，链接的不同状态都可以以不同的方式显示
实例
a:link {color:#FF0000;} /* 未访问的链接 */
a:visited {color:#00FF00;} /* 已访问的链接 */
a:hover {color:#FF00FF;} /* 鼠标划过链接 */
a:active {color:#0000FF;} /* 已选中的链接 */
text-decoration属性有以下几个值：overline、line-through、underline、blink！
h1 {text-decoration:overline} 从上面穿过
h2 {text-decoration:line-through} 从中间穿过
h3 {text-decoration:underline}下划线
h4 {text-decoration:blink}默认
