办理流程 Registration process:
网上预核准（5个工作日）——工商登记（5个工作日）——代码登记（1-3个工作日）——税务登记（4工作日）——外汇备案（1个工作日）——统计证（1个工作日）
Advance approval online(5 working days)→Register in the Industrial and Commercial Bureau（5working days）→Code register(1-3 days) →Taxation registration(4 working days) → Foreign Currency Registration(1 working day) → Statistical certificate (1working days)
外商代表处设立所需材料：
Materials required for the establishment of foreign representative offices:
1、委托书原件
original power of attorney e)
2、委派书原件
original appoint certificate

5、房产证复印件一式两份(需权利人签章)；
Copy documents in duplicate of House Property certificate (house-owner signature)
6、房产权利人身份证明复印件（公司需加盖公章）；

7、租赁合同原件一式两份（办理租赁合同备案)；
Original documents in duplicate of lease contract
8、首席代表简历及一寸彩照两张；

Foreign-related certificate: a, copy of the building’s foreign-related certificate from commission of foreign trade and economic cooperation (one piece)

11、首代如是大陆人需同上海外服机构签订劳务合同；
If the chief representative belong to main land of China, should sign personal services contact with Shanghai Foreign Service Company.
