The 21st century is an increasingly competitive era.Education is the foundation while the talents are the key.The quality of education,however,depends largely on the overall quality of the whole teaching team.Building a high-quality teaching team is unquestionably a common strategic measure that must be adopted in competition in overall national strength.Primary Chinese teachers are important members of this team,for they are not only playing an important role in teaching students to learn their mother tongue in the pupils' enlightenment stage but also guiding the students to form a good view of life.In view of the great influence on students,Chinese education is calling on improving the quality of Chinese teachers.Meanwhile,the impovement of a Chinese teacher's ability is unseparatedly connected with their own efforts and cultivation.The improvement of their teaching quality through self-effort is bound to promote their professional development.In other word,It is a virtuous circle process that requires constant self-perfection and it will no dobt lead to the general improvment of teaching quality and the endless emergence of innovative talents,who will drive the rapid development of national economy and the average enhancement of comprehensive national power.The article mainly adopt exemplification, induction as well as literature
to achieve the goals as follows.Firstly, draw a clear definition between the basic quality and excellent quality of the Chinese teachers and compare the different influence on students brought by those ordinary teachers and outstanding ones so that we can realize the significance of enhancing the excellent quality of the Chinese teachers.Secondly,clarify the necessity of studying this subject,that is,only those high-quality teachers are capable of culitivating well-rounded students.Thirdly,find out those high-quality teachers who are partial to Chinese education,who possess highly professional identity,faith and pursuit , who regard Chinese teaching as life,imparting knowledge and educating students , who are always willing to promote professionalism and possess the professional skills to teach and who are good at taking advantage of teaching researches to optimize their classroom teaching
and spare no efforts to maximize students' learning gains.Last but not least,That researches accelerate the improvement of primary Chinese teachers'quality depends largely on constant self-effort.
