英语四级考试为两小时二十分钟，试卷上先自己做后面的主管题目，听力是从9:40开始放。
四级考试总分是710分。大学英语四级考试的单分有四个部分。四部分的比例和分数分别为：听力35%，阅读35%，翻译15%，作文15%。每份报告的满分为：听力248.5分，阅读248.5分，综合106.5分，作文106.5分。
