琼脂糖跑电泳不用管电流，80-150v都能跑，电压低一点跑得慢，但是条带会好看点，电压高跑的快，但是条带难看。

恒压时将电流调到最大，恒流时将电压调到最大。
我用100~140均正常，时间大约20min

主要看电压，不看电流，120v可以跑，最多30分钟就够了
