陆小华，博士，教授。1962年4 月出生，湖北省公安县人。国际桥梁与结构工程协会（IABSE）会员。新加坡工程师学会（Institute of Engineers, Singapore）会员。

人物概况
1982年毕业于武汉水利电力学院电厂建筑结构工程专业，获得工学学士学位，1987年6月于武汉工业大学获结构工程硕士学位。1995年12月芬兰赫尔辛基工业大学获得结构工程博士学位。1982年8月至1984年9月在湖北省电力一处工作。1987年6月至1991年3月在武汉工业大学工作。1995年12月至1996年8月赫尔辛基工业大学博士后， 1996年8月至1997年10月新加坡南洋理工大学博士后。1997年10月至2006年3月新加坡理工学院讲师。2006年3月起任汕头大学土木工程系副教授。 长期从事高等院校教育工作。致力于把素质教育引入工程教育中。开发教学软硬体。主讲结构力学，结构分析， 预制与预应力混凝土结构, 结构评估与修复，套用科学， 网际网路技术等课程。历任结构实验室，建筑维护实验室主任。到汕大后将致力于将CDIO理念引入工学院教学改革。
