本文首先在大量分析论证的基础上,确定了自走式茎穗兼收型玉米联合收获机的总体设计方案。根据设计任务书的要求,通过大量的理论计算,确定各主要工作部件的方案和参数。立式滚刀切碎装置是本课题的创新点,并已获得实用新型专利,本文就切碎装置部分作了论述,重点分析了平板刀的安装参数和刀刃曲线。由于输送装置的可靠性是关系到整机可靠性的一个重要问题,本文根据大量的理论和实践经验,分析了影响输送装置可靠性的主要因素,并提出提高夹持输送装置性的一些措施,实践证明,这些措施都是非常有效的。
