Doing sports is good for our health. I like it very much and I do
it every day. Some sports, such as jogging and swimming, is good for our
body to take in oxygen. Other sports, such as playing basketball,
playing tennis, is easy for us to burn calories. Doing sports is also
good for our fitness. We can do sports in many ways. We can go to the
gym or go outdoor. So, don't stay at home and play your Xbox all day,
go outside to do some sports!
