Re: Request for Interim Support Services for Passport Advantage Software

We value your business to the ABC Company and with this we are offering a Support Extension to assist your Company and ensure Support to you whilst we renegotiate the ABC Subscription and Support renewals for your Company.
With reference to the Passport Advantage Agreement(s) between us for the ABC Software Subscription and Support renewal on the above Passport Advantage Agreement site(s), in which the Support Services expired before before or after the 1 Jan. 2010, and that we would like to re-negotiating the renewal of this from its previous end date.
The parties agree that during this re-negotiation period until such time as a new agreement for Support Services is signed the terms and conditions of the Expired Agreement will apply to some interim Support Services components of the expired Passport Advantage on before or after the 31st December.2009 .(see attached list of Schedule A).
We would like to reach a single new agreement for your Company that is signed by 15th June 2010, and which thereafter the interim Support Services will be withdrawn for all products you have purchased from us. You will be invoiced for the interim Support Services provided during this period on a pro rata basis on the terms and conditions of the Expired Agreement. After this date any renewal of Support and Subscription will be be delivered as a Reinstatement
Any new agreement signed by the parties for renewal of the Support Services shall be deemed to commence on and from the day after the expiration date of the Expired Agreement(s)
We have also included a list all expired Passport Advantage but un-renew(see attached list of Schedule B) which needs to be to renew if the Program is also on Schedule A , and we will contact you in April to work through the details of this with your Company
