芋泥奶酪卷饼
食材:芋头 一个、紫薯一个、墨西哥饼一张、脱脂牛奶60ml、酸奶50ml、低脂奶酪片一片、鸡蛋2个、椰子油3g、燕麦片10g、盐 适量、总热量500大卡
做法:
1.把紫薯和芋头蒸熟
2.将蒸熟的紫薯和芋头,放入料理机,再倒入牛奶,水,酸奶搅打成泥备用
3.碗中打入一个全蛋,一个蛋清,加入海盐搅拌均匀成蛋液
4.起锅放椰子油,倒入蛋液,盖上墨西哥饼皮,用锅铲将蛋液与墨西哥饼压紧密合,待3分钟后再翻面
5.在蛋饼皮中间铺上芋泥,散上燕麦片,铺上低脂奶酪片,将饼皮两侧翻至中间,重叠,再翻面稍微煎一下
6.带饼皮表面煎至金黄色出锅,切成四等份即可
