I deeply apologise for missing our appointment on yesterday without informing you. It was highly unprofessional on my part that
without explaining my inability to attend the meeting.

I had no intentions to skip such an important meeting but my mother went to hospital and she came backhome late, I had to look after my little sister at home. Even worse was I left my cellphone at home, so when I found when you left I couldn't contact you anyway. I would like you to know that otherwise I am a punctual person and
always adhere to deadlines, but on this particular day, due to such
uncertain events, all my plans went for a toss, And I really don't like if you misunstood me.
