1、首先,要先把鱼头去掉。沿着虚线的部分在鱼鳍下方下刀,另外一面同样。

2、然后。从鱼尾巴开始下刀,沿着鱼骨往鱼头方向走,把三文鱼分成两片。

3、去掉多余的部分。如图所示去掉鱼身上不能吃的部分,这一部分主要是一些大刺。

4、去鱼刺。三文鱼的刺集中分布在身体两侧,图中虚线部分。每边大约有三十跟左右,用手可以摸到。用小镊子把它拔出来。

5、去鱼皮。从鱼尾巴开始下刀贴着鱼皮往鱼头方向走,即可完整去下鱼皮。

6、切成大块方便储存,冷藏即可。
