为myeclipse配置maven后，新建项目中pom.xml报错

报错如下：

updates are forced. Original error: Could not transfer artifact org.apache:apache:pom:8 from/to central
(http://repo1.maven.org/maven2): No response received after 60000
第一行就报错

新建工程的时候最后一步选择nofile:
因为选择yes就会默认使用1.6以下版本。
