Hello ，I am the one who wrote this mail .Thanks for your advice about titling the email.
About cell,stock-checking is held once a week in the finished goods yard,and some other departments also check in-and-out data of yard regularly.
We are terribly sorry about any inconvenience we've caused in cells mixture, we found that mixture on August-third check,and it was caused by the repeated input data came from data August 1st ,man-made wrongly, equal to data July 31. Finally we changed and reported it .
