It seems that John`s not coming after all.
=John doesn`t seem to be coming after all.（参考答案）
我认为也可以等于John seems not to be coming
after all. 可以吗我认为 NOT 否定的是 coming 不定式也否定coming 可以这样换对不

好像是不可以的
因为seem是一个实义动词，它有一个短语：seem to do sth,表示否定的时候用did/do/does not seem to do sth
区分：dare
表示情态动词的时候，用dare not do sth
表示实义动词的时候，did/do/does not dare to do sth
特别：dare有人称和数的变化，肯定式要带to的不定时，而否定句或疑问句中可要也可不要to
