摘要:人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源①,也是企业发展的最关键的因素,而激励是人力资源的重要内容,它是心理学的一个术语,指激发人的行为的心理过程。从本质上讲,就是要促使被管理的对象产生某种有利于组织实现目标的特定动机并按照组织所需要的方式进行,以使组织更快、更好地实现目标。在当今的世界,进乎所有的管理人员都在寻求使工作和效益达到最好最优的办法。而管理者,顾名思义,又是与人一起工作并且起着指导性的作用。为此,怎样调动下属和职工的积极性,使他们为组织的目标而服务,便成了每一个管理者迫切需要解决的问题之一。根据心理学家的研究,人的积极性是与需要相联系的,是由人自身的动机来推动的。至于动机,它是一种能够提供精神力、活力和动力,并且能够指引行为达到目的的内心状态。正是因为这种状态对人的行为能起到激发、推动和加强的作用。由此也可以说激励机制运用的好坏在一定程度上是决定企业兴衰的一个非常重要的因素。
