开自助餐和开别的餐饮店一样,都是为了赚钱,自助餐品种齐全,可以说上百种食物和饮料供食客食用,一般一位大概二十到四十多块钱,随便吃,但是不能浪费,自助餐好多都是半成品,价格比较便宜,有好多人说是垃圾食品,我去过一次,一位二十九,随便吃,确实便宜实惠,但是作为一名厨师来说,我感觉还真没啥可吃的。
如果去炒菜的店,可以点儿自己可口的菜,自己多少人,准备点多少菜,主食吃啥,能不能吃饱,能不能吃好,心里有数,点菜吃着比较可口,,而自助餐不是你想吃啥就吃啥,而是人家弄啥你吃啥,就是这么简单,人家商家也要赚钱吧,所以说,消费水平不一样,选择方式也不同,总之根据个人爱好。
