bect hnd将来的国外大学本科文凭没问题，就是回国教育部留学服务中心不给认证，不承认betc hnd在国内阶段的教育。外企有不需要教育部认证函的就没事，关键有的国内企业较真，非得要认证函。

因为SQA HND 是中留服项目，BTEC不是，他们之间有竞争关系，所以中留服对BTEC目前是不认可的。虽然在国外拿到的文凭是一样的，但是回国来BETC的文凭会有问题。来自：求助得到的回答
