done by others. Moreover, Internet may help strengthen competitive abilities. Because information is also a kind of resource--whoever snatches it will be surely getting the upper hand in competitions. As a matter of fact, Internet has served as a match maker in some cases while people speak highly of Internet, its drawbacks shouldn't be neglected. Fpr one thing, to construct the system, a nation must invest an enormous amount of funds, which may further broaden the existing gap between the rich and the poor; for another, even with the system, it is by no means a piece of cake to find the needle in the haystacks of information, to distill it, and to make a right judgement, to say nothing of putting right the disastrous errors in operation as well as the fatal breakdown of the system, which often leaves things in a mess.
