Each week, we have to study for five days, so we can only relax ourselves on Saturday and Sunday. I usually get up at 10 or 11 o'clock in the morning, wash my face, brush my teeth. After finishing these things, it's usually time to have lunch. After lunch, I listen to some music and chat with my friends online for two or three hours. At about four o'clock in the afternoon, I usually go out to buy some snacks and drinks. We have dinner at about 6:30. After dinner, sometimes I go out for a walk with my parents, sometimes I stay at home and watch TV. I don't think this kind of lifestyle is good enough, and Ifind that I'm weaker than before and my health is not good as usual. So I decide to change my lifestyle. From now on, I must get up early and do more exercise to keep fit.
