How to Make Dumplings-怎样包饺子
Chinese boiled dumplings are not only delicious to eat but also easy to make.
First,make the filling. You can choose your favorite meat, say pork, beef, or mutton, chop it up and mix it with chopped yellow scallions or cabbage. Meanwhile you had better put in seasonings such as salt, soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, chopped green onion and ginger to get your favorite flavor. Stir the ingredients in a container well to make them evenly mixed.
Second,make the dough. You should measure your wheat flour to go with the filling, put it in a container, pour water hit by bit, stir it strenuously to make it sticky,then let it rest for about 20 minutes. After that you can cut part of the dough and put it on pastry hoard, knead it and cut it into small pieces. You press each piece with the pahn of your hand slightly and then roll it with a rolling pin into a round piece.
Finally comes the stage of folding the dough to make dumplings. You should hold a dough piece horizontally in your left hand, put a suitable amount of filling onto the central part, fold the side around the filling, press the upper-central part of it firmly and make firm and nice lace from left to right around the fold edge to make your finished product better-looking and free from leakage.
The Chinese make dumplings when family or friends are together on holidays. You just imagine the heartening talk and intimate atmosphere created while people are sitting together to make dumplings!

Loin of Pork with Vegetable Stuffing
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons finely chopped yellow
onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped carrot
1/2 medium-size sweet red pepper, cored, seeded, and chopped fine
1 slice whole wheat bread, crumbled
1/4 cup hot water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon each black pepper and ground cloves
1 boneless loin of pork, trimmed of fat
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Put the onion, carrot and red pepper in a small saucepan with just enough boiling water to cover; simmer over moderate heat until tender but still crisp — about 4 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water, then drain well again; set aside.
2. In a medium-size bowl, soften the bread by pouring the hot water over it and letting it stand for 1 minute. Squeeze out all the liquid. Add the cooked vegetables to the bread along with the salt, ginger, pepper, and cloves, and mix well.
3. With a sharp knife, cut a large pocket in the middle of the loin of pork, taking care not to cut through the opposite end. Fill with the vegetable stuffing. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the pork and rub it in.
4. Place the pork in an ungreased (脱脂的) 13"x9"x2" baking pan and roast, uncovered, for 20 minutes; lower the heat to 350 degrees F. and roast 20 minutes longer.
5. Let the roast stand at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving. Cut into 3/8 inch thick slices and serve.

First , we need an apple , a pear ,20 grapes, an orange and two bananas. Then wash the apple, pear ang grapes , and peel the orange and bananas . Cut them into small pieces and put then on a plate. Then add some salad cream. a little sugar ang salt.
Mix and stir them up . Put the grapes around on the plate to make the salad look nicer.
Now the fruit salad is ready.

Now I want to make fried rice,It's simple.
First,cut some cooked meat very finely
Now you need to put some oil in the pan,the fry the meat lightly
Next you need to add the rice slowly,fry it for a flew minutes
Finally,add some salt.
Fried rice is ready,please enjoy it!
