if i was a principal of a school, i think the first thing i would do, is to emphasis the importance of morality.It is very neccessary to let all my students understand, and develop a heathy and noble personality.Because this is the basic requirement for them in the future, this helps them to fit into the community better.But this doesn't mean i would set horrible punishments to my students to make sure they are 'noble' enough.They first thing i would teach my students must be 'respect'. they should learn how to listen while others are talking; they should learn how to eat with their mouth closed and push their chair into the table in order show respect to the cleaners; they should learn not to betray their friends; they should also learn how to respect people's love towards them.I would also teach them to appreciate, appreciate all the things they gain and keep optimistic all the time. The way how they improve their personality depends on their attitude. Teamwork, leadership, organization and dedication...And finally all the factors add togerther would make their morality noble, these would only benefits them.
