我有很多兴趣爱好，但我经常很忙，找不到足够的时间来做想做的事，导致我不能在学习和兴趣爱好两方面获得平衡，所以我感到很有压力，压力来源有1、老师给的压力：家庭作业2、父母给我的压力：对我要求严格，想我得高分3、自己给自己压力：班级名次，我想通过多穿白色衣服来减少压力，但不是非常有用，我希望刘老师尽快回信，给我提供意见和帮助。

i have many hobbies and interests, however, i'm always too busy to find enough time to do what i wanna do. that makes it impossible for me to balance study and interests. so i feel quite great pressure, which mainly comes from the following 3 aspects. 1,the pressure from my teachers, like endless homework. 2,the pressure from my parents. they treat me rather strictly, thinking that i could get high scores. 3, the pressure from myself. i care much about rankings in class. i thought that i could reduce the pressure by wearing white clothes, but it just didn't help much. i hope you(mr./miss. liu) can reply me with good suggestions as soon as possible
