cost指花费时间、金钱、精力等，只能用事物做主语且无被动语态；
spend：指花费时间和金钱，只能用人做主语，有被动语态；
take：主指花费时间和力气，一般只用事物做主语；
pay：主指支付金钱和感情的回报；
pay for 付钱买某物
spend money/time (in/on) doing sth花费时间金钱干某事
sth cost sb time/money某物花费某人多少钱时间
it takes sb some time to do sth干某事花费、占用某人多长时间
pay 一般和 for 连用
spent是spend的过去式，1般使用的是：spend (on) doing sth
cost1般说的是，某物值多少~即：sth cost
take则是可以有：The flight will take three hours（可以指，做什么花费了多少时间）
